As an expert in innovation and organisational change, Lee has seen the business grow from idea through to the scaled, innovation-driving digital solution trusted by the NHS and Rolls Royce.

Prior to SimplyDo, Lee led a range of European and Government change management programmes encompassing innovation, entrepreneurship and business improvement. He has also worked in academia delivering service innovation whilst achieving both a PGCE and Masters in Enterprise Education.

With a wealth of experience and expertise in computer science and software engineering, Will has spearheaded the development of our award-winning SimplyDo platform. With a customer-centric approach, his in-house team of software engineers have built every aspect of the product from the ground up.

Will’s unique collective experience in the academic space (a PhD in computer science best practice) and in SaaS fintech, has allowed us to create a data-driven platform that truly focuses on creating a platform that drives innovation.
